Fortifying Women Leaders

OUR MISSION

Harbor Forum is a membership community of accomplished professional women on the Seacoast who gather to explore leadership and business issues in a common pursuit of excellence.  Through prominent speakers and small group discussions, Harbor Forum fortifies women leaders.

WHO WE ARE

We are women who have demonstrated substantial accomplishments in our professions, leadership in our communities, and support for other women in business and other professions. Together we represent a powerful range of skills and perspectives, having been in our professions at least 10 years. We live and work in the greater Seacoast region of New Hampshire.

WHAT WE DO

Our gatherings focus on professional development and, in particular, leadership development issues. We are not politically or policy oriented, nor are we a fundraising or business development organization. Harbor Forum discourages direct solicitation of business from within the membership group.

2023 Events

WHY HARBOR FORUM

There are many great speakers and conferences for women in Boston, and from time to time in Manchester/Concord, but getting to those places for the day can present a challenge for busy professionals who live and work on the Seacoast. There is a growing number of women in the area who are interested in engaging with other women executives on issues of common interest. As we looked around for these opportunities, we found that there wasn’t a group in the Seacoast that offered these things, so we created one! 

The women in our group have accomplished quite a bit, and have managed to juggle the myriad demands on their time over the course of their careers. Rather than focusing on the challenges of that juggling act, we gather to take some time for ourselves and further hone our leadership skills and business acumen.
