Master Class with Niven Postma - Session 1
Paradigm Shift: Curiosity, Resilience, and Leadership in an Era of Disruption.

Back by popular demand after last season's Harbor Forum workshop on navigating office politics, Niven Postma will work with us for two sessions this year on the need for a leadership paradigm shift.
She questions: "How conscious are each of us being in our career and life and the choices we are making in both? As a leader, can I honestly say that I am creating environments in which people grow, and feed their need to contribute? Or are they just dying a slow death every day that they drag themselves to work?
She asserts: "It is time for a paradigm shift where leaders encourage curiosity, nurture resilience and disrupt their industry. It is time for people to continuously acquire new skills and unlearn past routines. And it is time for organisations to understand the importance of a culture that allows for great things to happen."

Niven Postma has held executive positions since she was 29, in a career that has spanned multiple sectors and roles. She now coaches global executive teams in industries as diverse as financial and professional services, retail, media, transport and manufacturing, to build what she calls “Whole System Leadership” and so doing, fundamentally transform how they are able to work together and what they are able to achieve.
